Recommended Action

 

The Planning & Zoning Advisory Board recommends that the City Commission approve PLF-23-080, Fellowship Re-plat.

 

Background Information

 

The purpose of the Fellowship Replat is to replat a portion of Lot 1 of the South Biscayne Commons Plat (PLF-13-052) to create a ±2.10 acre parcel for a Tommy’s Carwash. The new parcel meets the ULDC Planned Community Development (PCD) Zoning District minimum lot requirements per Section 53-106 and complies with the approved subdivision plans (SCP-23-082).

 

The plat has been reviewed and approved by the contracted City Surveyor.
