Background Information
During the City Commission Regular Meeting held on November 12, 2024, the City Commission approved the First Amendment and Restatement of the West Villages Developer Agreement (Restated Agreement). The Restated Agreement updates and restates stipulations to meet current level of service standards and the changing needs based on development patterns within the subject property. As part of this amendment, a ?63-acre parcel was identified and designated for future park purposes.
