Recommended Action

Option 1: Approve the Agreement by and between the City of North Port, Sarasota County, Florida, and Bill Furst, Property Appraiser of Sarasota County, regarding Uniform Method of Collection and Enforcement of Non-Ad Valorem Assessments for Nuisance Abatement pursuant to Resolution 2025-R-87.

City Commission Options

Option 1: Approve the Agreement by and between the City of North Port, Sarasota County, Florida, and Bill Furst, Property Appraiser of Sarasota County, regarding Uniform Method of Collection and Enforcement of Non-Ad Valorem Assessments for Nuisance Abatement pursuant to Resolution 2025-R-87.
