Recommended Action
Option 1: Approve the Appointments of Robin J. San Vicente and Eva M. Rathgeber as Regular Members to Serve a First Term on the Environmental Advisory Board from February 28, 2026, through February 28, 2029, on the Consent Agenda.

Background Information
Currently, there are seven vacancies on Environmental Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Robin J. San Vicente on November 18, 2025, and one application from Eva M. Rathgeber on December 17, 2025 for appointment to the Board. Robin J. San Vicente and Eva M. Rathgeber have been residents of North Port for over 6 months. The applications for Robin J. San Vicente and Eva M. Rathgeber have been submitted for review and consideration.
There are no conflicts to note under Florida Statutes 112.3143.
