City Commission Options
Option 1: Allow City Manager to continue to work during the investigation process.
Option 2: Place the City Manager on paid administrative leave during the investigation process.
Option 3: Place the City Manager on unpaid administrative leave during the investigation process.
Background Information
A complaint was made to Human Resources on December 8, 2025. Following the process established in Resolution 2019-R-07, Commission was notified by the City Attorney of the complaint and the recommendation to place the City Manager on paid administrative leave.
