TITLE: Approve a Resolution of the City of North Port, Florida, Adopted as a Curative Law to Ratify, Validate, and Confirm the Approval of the Master Services Agreement By and Between the City of North Port Police Department and Hotwire Communications, Ltd. ("Hotwire") for Hotwire Television and Internet Services for the North Port Police Department, PD3 Located at 19955 Preto Boulevard, Venice, Florida, 34293; Providing for Incorporation of Recitals; Providing for Ratification, Validation, and Confirmation of Prior Actions; Providing for Conflicts; Providing for Severability; Providing for Retroactive Application; and Providing for an Effective Date.
