General Information
The purpose of this item is to provide the Environmental Advisory Board with an opportunity to discuss the relocation and crediting of trees moved from development properties to designated areas. This issue is addressed within the attached Tree Protection Regulations, specifically under Table 6.7.4.3 of the Chapter 6, Natural Resources, in the ULDC. While no immediate action is necessary, the EAB may discuss and submit further recommendations regarding the existing regulations.
