Option 1: Approve the Licensed Training Provider Agreement and Centennial Addendum By and Between the American National Red Cross and the City of North Port, Florida, for a thirty-six month term at contract unit prices.

City Commission Options

Option 1: Approve the Licensed Training Provider Agreement and Centennial Addendum By and Between the American National Red Cross and the City of North Port, Florida, for a thirty-six month term at contract unit prices.

* Pros:
o Maintains compliance with the Florida Department of Health rule 64E-9, allowing operations to continue at the North Port Aquatic Center.
