* Pros: Approval of Resolution No. 2025-R-86 will grant necessary easements for Florida Power & Light (FPL) access to City property for the relocation of their existing infrastructure in accordance with the design for the demolition and construction Fire Station 81 located at 4980 City Center Boulevard.
* Cons: The comprehensive staff analysis concluded that there are no identifiable drawbacks to the approval of Resolution No. 2025-R-86.

Option 2: Deny Resolution No. 2025-R-86 as presented.

* Pros: The comprehensive staff analysis concluded that there are no identifiable pros to the denial of Resolution No. 2025-R-86.
* Cons: Denial will prevent FPL access for the relocation of existing power infrastructure in accordance with the project design, delaying the project and creating additional expense by having to work around the existing power infrastructure.
