General Information
On January 3, 2025, the Planning & Zoning Division received an application petitioning the City of North Port to grant a vacation for a portion of the platted rear 20-foot maintenance easement located on Lots 19 and 20 Block 1633 of the 33rd Addition to the Port Charlotte Subdivision. The purpose of this vacation request is to construct an in-ground swimming pool.
The City Attorney's Office reviewed and approved the proposed Resolution No. 2025-R-78 as to form and correctness.
Resolution 2025-R-78 was provided to the City Clerk's Office on October 14, 2025 for signature subject to City Commission approval.
