Option 1: Approve the Termination of the Assignment and Assumption of Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work between the City of North Port, Florida, and CivicPlus, LLC, in the amount of $26,029.50, approved by the City Commission on February 28, 2023.
* Pros: The termination of this Agreement will result in an annual cost savings of $26,029.50 for the City. In place of the previous solution, the Information Technology Division staff has developed an internal application, North RePort that effectively captures citizen input, replicating the functionality an application, See ClickFix, previously provided by Civic Plus.
* Cons: Staff has not identified a con to denying the termination of this Agreement.
Option 2: Deny the Termination of the Assignment and Assumption of Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work between the City of North Port, Florida, and CivicPlus, LLC, in the amount of $26,029.50, approved by the City Commission on February 28, 2023.
