City Commission Options
Option 1: Approve Resolution No. 2025-R-62 as presented to approve the purchase of real property located on Caballero Avenue.
* Pros: Supports long-term drainage and mobility goals by enabling installation of mobility enhancements such as a vehicle bridge with multi-use path, aligning with the City's Mobility and Connectivity Plan.

Background Information
