Discussion and possible action to approve or deny the Fourth Amendment to the Lease Agreement By and Between the City of North Port, Florida, and the North Port Senior Center, Inc. for space at the Community Education Center located at 4940 Pan American Boulevard, North Port, Florida.

City Commission Options
Option1: Approve the Fourth Amendment to the Lease Agreement By and Between the City of North Port, Florida, and the North Port Senior Center, Inc. for space at the Community Education Center located at 4940 Pan American Boulevard, North Port, Florida.
* Pros:
