Approve the Second Amendment to Software as a Service Agreement between Tyler Technologies, Inc. and the City of North Port, Florida, clarifying the payment of fees related to eCheck payment processing for Fire Rescue Department building inspections.

Background Information

The following provides a chronological order of events pertinent to the Second Amendment to Software as a Service Agreement between Tyler Technologies, Inc. and the City of North Port, Florida, clarifying the payment of fees related to eCheck payment processing for Fire Rescue Department building inspections:

> September 24, 2024: During the City Commission Regular Meeting, the Commission approved the First Amendment to the Software as a Service Agreement between Tyler Technologies Inc. and the City of North Port, Florida, in the amount of $2,988.00 for the use of Tyler Payments for invoicing and billing through the MobileEyes System for business related inspections by the Fire Rescue Department.

> January 14, 2025: During the City Commission Regular Meeting, the Commission approved the Submitter Merchant Payment Processing Instructions and Guidelines between Paymentech, LLC, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and the City of North Port, Florida, a supplemental document to the First Amendment to the Software as a Service Agreement between Tyler Technologies, Inc. and the City of North Port, Florida.
