Background Information
Attached for consideration by the City Commission are Agreements between the City of North Port and the Supervisor of Elections of Sarasota County for the use of the Morgan Family Community Center/Multi-Purpose Room located at 6207 West Price Boulevard North Port, Florida 34291 and the George Mullen Activity Center/Gym located at 1602 Kramer Way North Port, Florida 34286 for 2025 Election Polling Places.
The Polling Place Agreements between the City of North Port and the Supervisor of Elections of Sarasota County for the May 13, 2025 Special Election have been reviewed by the Interim City Attorney and are legally correct as to form.
