The City Commission approves Resolution No. 2024-R-30.
General Information
This resolution revises the policy to reflect inclusion of resolutions approving final plats as ministerial matters under the consent agenda category aligning with Chapter 2, Section 2.2.2. of the Unified Land Development Code as adopted by Ordinance No. 2024-13.
The City Attorney has reviewed Resolution No. 2024-R-30 for form and correctness.
