Recommended Action
Approve Fourth Amendment to Construction Manager at Risk Contract No. 2023-17.002 for Construction Services Contract, Phase II with Halfacre Construction Company in the amount of $37,160.42, for Hurricane Ian Repairs at Oaks Park.
Background Information

> May 13, 2024: Halfacre Construction Company submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal. This Amendment to Contract No. 2023-17.002 presented for approval is for the construction phase (Phase 2) of the process. The Project Manager with the Department of Public Works provided a direct selection of Halfacre Construction Company as the preferred CMaR to carry out the project at Oaks Park and requests approval of this Amendment to proceed to construction.
