Background Information
$1,000,000 is requested for Hurricane financial recovery assistance to support Work Assignment WA2022-18PW.01 activities with Rostan Solution Inc. for financial recovery assistance from Hurricane Ian.
Resolution No. 2024-R-37 has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.

$1,000,000 will be added to Other Contracted Services in the expenses of the Road and Drainage Fund. It will be balanced with a $1,000,000 addition to anticipated Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Reimbursement.
