Recommended Action
Adopt the 2022-2025 Strategic Vision Plan for the City of North Port.
Background Information
During the City Commission Workshop on September 25, 2023, the Commission discussed the City’s Strategic Plan pillars, priorities, and programs. Staff worked with the Consultant, Doug Thomas to incorporate information from that discussion and brought back the Strategic Vision Plan to Commission for review at the City Commission Regular Meeting on April 17, 2024. Based upon Commission discussion during their Regular Meeting on April 17, 2024, Mr. Thomas and staff have made revisions and included key projects within each of the Strategic Plan Pillars.
