SUBJECT: Consideration of Petition PLF-23-256, Sunstone Village F3, Wellen Park, Final Plat (QUASI-JUDICIAL).

Recommended Action
The City Commission approve PLF-23-256, Sunstone Village F3, Wellen Park, Final Plat.
Background Information
The application for this Final Plat was submitted on November 21, 2023. The proposed Final Plat has been reviewed and found to comply with the approved subdivision plans (SCP-23-007) and the approved infrastructure plans (INF 20-132, INF-23-006). In addition, the Final Plat complies with the Village F Wellen Park VDPP. The subdivision creates 206 lots on approximately 125 acres.
The subject property is zoned Village (V) with a Future Land Use Designation of Village.
The Final Plat has been reviewed and approved by the contracted City Surveyor.
On May 16, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board unanimously voted to recommend approval of PLF-23-256, Sunstone Village F3, Wellen Park, Final Plat to the City Commission.
The staff report was revised to correct the number of lots from 194 to 206.
