Approve Alchemy Technology Group Statement of Work ID 14720, in the Amount of $16,895.00.

Background Information

The City purchased a multifactor authentication software (MFA) in February of 2022.  This statement of work is to implement Single Sign-on (SSO) with various applications in the City and review the current Multifactor Authentication set-up. The implementation of SSO will enable staff to sign-in to the laptop/desktop with their network credentials and use that sign-on to launch various applications that currently have a separate password.  This will help end users to be more efficient and reduce the Information Technology Division Service Desk time resetting passwords that are forgotten.

The Alchemy Technology Group Statement of Work ID 14720, for the Implementation of Multifactor Authentication Software has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
