Recommended Action

 

The City Commission approve PLF-23-258, Wellen Park Village E, Tract 3 Replat.

 

Background Information

 

On October 18, 2023, L. Jordan Draper of Kimley-Horn and Associates, submitted an application for Replat to the Planning & Zoning Division for Wellen Park Village E Tract 3, Replat.

The purpose of the replat is to further subdivide the parcel into four commercial lots.

The subject property is zoned Village (V) with a Future Land Use Designation of Village.

 

The plat has been reviewed and approved by the contracted City Surveyor.

 

On May 2, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board voted unanimously (7-0) to support the approval of PLF-23-258.
