Discussion and direction regarding talking points for Commissioner meetings with legislator during the Florida League of Cities’ Legislative Action Days.
Background Information
During the Florida League of Cities’ Legislative Action Days from January 29, 2024 through January 31, 2024, the City Commission will have the opportunity to meet with state legislators and discuss items of importance to the City. In advance of the conference, Legislative Analyst Todd Miles seeks discussion and direction for the preparation of talking point for Commissioner use during those meetings.
