Background Information

WP Venice, LLC, (WP Venice) owns property identified as parcel identification number 0783020030, where Grand Living apartments were constructed. WP Venice desires to grant the City two permanent sanitary sewer easements as well as one permanent water main easement over portions of land within their parcel. The easements grant the City permanent non-exclusive easements for the purpose of constructing, installing, maintaining, operating, repairing and replacing water distribution system facilities and sewage collection system facilities, and equipment associated with such facilities. All easements identified are necessary to be granted to the City since they were not part of the original plat.
