Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Economic Development Market Feasibility Study, Appendix VII.
Background Information
On April 13, 2021, the City Commission accepted the Economic Development Market Feasibility Study. In August 2022, The Economic Development Division contracted Camoin Associates to conduct an updated return on investment analysis of four development areas on Toledo Blade Boulevard.
Appendix VII includes property in the North Port Gardens Development of Regional Impact, Star Farms Village - formerly Toledo Village, Toledo Blade 320 Project, and the proposed MX-2 zoned land on the northwest side of the Toledo Blade and I-75 interchange.
The revisions were completed by the consultants on in July 2023.
