Background Information
Kenrick Gallander of RWA, INC, an agent on behalf of Deluxeton North Port LLC, has submitted a Rezone application to the City of North Port to Rezone a ? 55.02-acre portion of PID 1091-00-1000 currently zoned No Zoning Designation ("NZD") to Industrial/Light Warehouse ("ILW").
The properties to the north are located outside the City, under the jurisdiction of Sarasota County. These parcels have a zoning designation of Open Use Agricultural. Certain properties to the east and west are within the City of North Port and have a zoning designation of Agricultural and properties to the east and south have a zoning designation of Village.
