Background Information
Mediation in this case is currently scheduled on September 25, 2023. The City Attorney and Risk Manager seek an executive session pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 286.0111(8) to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy related to litigation expenditures.
The special meeting would be scheduled prior to the mediation date and would be dedicated to the executive session.
