Recommended Action
Approve the Appointment of Jessica Eik as a Regular Member of the Environmental Advisory Board to serve a term from June 27, 2023, to June 27, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there are six vacancies on the Environmental Advisory Board. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Jessica Eik and there have been no other applications submitted. Ms. Eik has been a resident of North Port for over 6 months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143(6) regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. Her application has been submitted for review and consideration.
