Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Commission approve PLF-23-037 Solstice Phase 2 Replat.
General Information
Brian O’Hara, on behalf of Toll Brothers, requests review and approval of the plat to allow the replat of the Solstice Plat (PLF-21-113) to continue the rest of the original development (Village F).
The West Villages Improvement District (WVID) has reviewed and approved the Solstice Phase 2 Replat.
The Solstice Phase 2 Replat has been reviewed and approved by the contracted City Surveyor.
This Petition was presented to the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board during the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board Regular Meeting held on June 1, 2023. During the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board Regular Meeting held on June 1, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board voted unanimously recommending approval of Petition No. PLF-23-037, Solstice Phase 2 Replat to the City Commission.
