Discussion and possible adoption of Resolution No. 2023-R-25.
Background Information
Staff was directed by City Manager to create and draft a resolution for the North Port and Non-Profits United (NP2) Advisory Committee.
With the City of North Port Legal Department’s guidance, a resolution was drafted for discussion and possible adoption.
Resolution No. 2023-R-25 has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
