Approval of the May 1, 2023 Commission Workshop Meeting Minutes with recommended changes.
Background Information
The draft minutes were submitted for Commission review on May 8, 2023. Commissioner McDowell provided suggested changes on May 8, 2023, regarding:
CONSENSUS:
• Missing: Around the 5:40 mark Mayor suggested (consensus?) we use the same format and process we used at the workshop, for the zoning map and land uses in an upcoming workshop or two. We went “down line” in a consensus seeking format. The “consensus” wasn’t captured in the minutes as a consensus. The recommendation was determined accurate by the City Clerk and changes were made accordingly.
