Land owner Scott Wayne Parsons is seeking to donate his vacant lot to the City of North Port. There are no tax liens on this property as noted on the tax record attached from the Sarasota County Tax Collector.
Resolution No. 2023-R-34 has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
