Chair Rathgeber called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Board discussion took place regarding event timeline, City Hall hours, artwork details,  
and Art Center facility status.

Approve the January 13, 2026, Art Advisory Board Meeting Minutes.

Chair Rathgeber announced the item and requested a motion.  
A motion was made by Board Member Doczy, seconded by Chair Rathgeber, to  
approve the Minutes as presented. The motion carried on the following vote:

communication, sculpture location and size, Parks and Recreation approval, and site

A motion was made by Board Member Doczy, seconded by Board Member Falk, to  
continue Item No. 26-0389 to the March 10, 2026, Art Advisory Board Meeting. The
