A motion was made by Board Member Bailey, seconded by Vice Chair Burris, to  
approve the Minutes as presented. The motion carried on the following vote:

Chair English announced the item.  
Mr. Nelson spoke to status, potential amenities, costs to build, tribute program, and time  
frame.  
Discussion took place regarding brick program, brick emblem engraving, donations,  
construction estimate, maintenance, and Veteran Park Fund.

Construction Schedule  
Chair English announced the item.  
Mr. Nelson spoke to the construction manager.  
Discussion took place regarding completion time frame, greatest maximum price in the  
contract, general contractor, benches, and questions for the project manager.
