Mayor White called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT:  
Martin Lumpert: Expressed concern with mowing of city property and communication to  
staff and Commissioners.  
Monica Becket: Spoke to Drug Free Youth (DFY) program funding.  
Commission discussion took place regarding staff contacting Ms. Becket regarding  
funding options.  
Mr. Fletcher spoke to Parks and Recreation inclusion in the program and contacting Ms.  
Becket.
