Chair Justice called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

5. Approval of Minutes

Approval of the February 21, 2024 Charter Review Advisory Board Minutes

and the April 17, 2024 Charter Review Advisory Board Minutes (No

Quorum)

A motion was made by Board Member Garren, seconded by Board Member Bilski,

to approve the February 21, 2024 Charter Review Advisory Board Meeting Minutes

as presented. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

A motion was made by Board Member Bilski, seconded by Board Member Boddy,

to approve the April 17, 2024 Charter Review Advisory Board Meeting Minutes as

presented. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

6. New Business

Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Modification of Annual Goals

Based on Commission Feedback at the March 19, 2024 Joint Meeting

Chair Justice announced the item.

Discussion took place regarding board goals and meeting schedule.
