1. Call to Order  
Chair Caracciolo called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board.  
4. Public Comment  
There was no public comment.  
5. Approval of Minutes  
Approval of the July 8, 2024 North Port Non-Profits United Board

Chair Caracciolo announced the item.  
Discussion took place regarding review of minutes.  
A motion was made by Board Member Morgan, seconded by Vice Chair Rowe, to  
continue Item No. 24-1342 to the next meeting. The motion carried on the following  
vote:

6. New Business  
Presentation of Sunshine Law Training (Office of the City Attorney)

This item was continued to the next meeting.  
Review of (FY) 2024/2025 North Port and Non-Profits United (NP2)  
Organization Applications and Supporting Documentation.  
Chair Caracciolo announced the item.  
Discussion took place regarding organization selection process, financial limitations, and  
clarification of funding usage and allocation.  
Chair Caracciolo announced each agency.  
A
motion was made by Board Member Stevens, seconded by Board Member  
Morgan, to approve support requests for eight of the agencies, totaling $13,952.95  
of the $20,000 allocated as requested. The motion carried on the following vote:

7. Future Agenda Items  
Future agenda items will include reviewing the six month agency impact report, Sunshine
