Chair Caracciolo called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.

Advisory Board Minutes.  
Chair Caracciolo announced the item and requested a motion.  
A
motion was made by Board Member Morgan, seconded by Board Member  
Stevens, to approve the minutes as presented. The motion carried on the  
following vote:

Discussion and Action Regarding Approval of the 2025 Annual Report to  
the City Commission  
Chair Caracciolo announced the item.  
Ms. Elsenheimer introduced the item.  
Discussion took place regarding timeline, PowerPoint, funding, and presentation.  
A
motion was made by Board Member Morgan, seconded by Board Member  
Stevens, to direct the Staff Liaison to create the annual report in a PowerPoint  
format for future approval. The motion carried on the following vote:

Chair Caracciolo announced the item and queried Board Members regarding items to
