1. Call to Order  
Vice Chair Rathgeber called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

5. Approval of Minutes

Approval of the November 14, 2023 Art Advisory Board Meeting

Vice Chair Rathgeber announced the item.  
A motion was made by Board Member Gozion, seconded by Board Member Kang,  
to approve the Minutes for the November 14, 2023 Art Advisory Board Meeting as  
presented. The motion carried by unanimous vote.

Discussion and Possible Action Regarding City's 65th Anniversary and  
Community of Unity Themed Project  
Vice Chair Rathgeber announced the item.  
Discussion took place regarding Peace Pole Project, funding, permits, and decorations.  
A motion was made by Board Member Kang, seconded by Vice Chair Rathgeber, to  
direct Board Member Gozion to bring a list of potential sponsors, and logistics to  
complete the project. The motion carried by unanimous vote.

Discussion and Possible Action Regarding the Placement of Artwork Near  
Walgreen’s in Heron Creek.  
Vice Chair Rathgeber announced the item.  
Ms. Mendelson provided an overview of the artwork in Heron Creek.  
A motion was made by Board Member Gozion, seconded by Vice Chair Rathgeber,  
to submit the project to Commission for approval. The motion carried by  
unanimous vote.

Update on Proposed Mural on the First Floor of City Hall (Ms. Mendelson)

Vice Chair Rathgeber announced the item.  
Discussion took place regarding an update and time frame.

Discussion took place regarding children's winter camp, bumper stickers, and  
membership.
