Renter Joseph Penkofski, being duly sworn, addressed the notice of violation being found  
on the ground, previous trimming done in the past, and line of sight issue being resolved.  
Mr. Burton spoke to having no evidence of current cutting, and trimming being done next  
to the driveway.  
Mr. Penkofski spoke to City Code regarding line-of-sight for sidewalks, roadways, and  
swales, and photos were taken before and after contractor's work.  
Mr. Burton stated he saw the photos prior to meeting and couldn't determine the  
difference between what the contractor cut and what was presently there.  
Mr. Golen, being duly sworn, provided his interpretation of the Tree Ordinance as it  
applies to a tree's height and impinging growth onto a sidewalk or road.

referencing multiple trees being cut.  
Mr. Burton spoke to effective date of current tree ordinance being unknown.  
Officer Fegan, being duly sworn, noted the tree ordinance was passed in 2019-2020.  
Mr. Gettig spoke to the referenced complaint being a neighbor's lot across the street.
