Mayor White called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Alaina Ray.

There was no public comment.  
2. PRESENTATION: TIME LIMIT OF 15 MINUTES  
24-1543 Accela Online Permitting Software Presentation (Development Services)  
Mayor White announced the item.  
Mr. Fletcher introduced the item.  
Ms. Ray provided a presentation including contract, budget, overview, features, maximize  
efficiencies, citizen access, Accela modules, digital plan room, development,  
compliance, and efficiency.  
Commission questions and discussion took place regarding 2017 Commission meeting  
discussion, user testing for citizens, new user training, paper applications, virtual  
inspections, builder testing, estimated permit time, dashboard expectations, cost  
savings, backup security, citizen's access to permits online, and system down time.

Marat Baguev: Spoke to permitting process improvement.
