Ms. Faust called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Review of the City of North Port Surtax III Expenditure Reports for Fiscal  
Year 2019, Fiscal Year 2020, Fiscal Year 2021, Fiscal Year 2022, and  
Fiscal Year 2023.  
Ms. Faust read off item and gave the floor to Ms. Fowler.  
Ms. Fowler explained the surtax reports, budget process and backup materials.  
There was no board discussion.

Review of Changes made by the City Commission to the Infrastructure  
Projects or to the Allocation of sales tax Proceeds, for the Sole Purpose of  
Ensuring that all Procedural Requirements have been Followed.  
Ms. Faust read off item and gave the floor to Ms. Fowler.  
Ms. Fowler spoke to allocation process, budget amendments and Commission role.  
Ms. Faust spoke to Board communication regulations.

Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Approval of Memorandum  
Relative to Review of the City of North Port Surtax III Expenditure Reports  
for FY 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, from the Board to City Commission  
Ms. Faust announced the item and spoke to the approval process.  
Ms. Fowler spoke to Board roles and responsibilities.  
A
motion was made by Board Member Titus seconded by Board Member  
Leboutillier to approve the memorandum of city Surtax III expenditure reports for  
fiscal year (FY) 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
