Mr. Golen, being duly sworn, spoke to the trespass encompassing all of Butler Park.  
Samantha Cremen, Recreation Program Coordinator, being duly sworn, noted she was  
present at the altercation, Ms. Guadalupe's screaming escalated the situation, building  
supervisor asked Ms. Guadalupe to leave, police were called, and the dispute continued  
outside the building.  
Officer Jacqueline Calderone, being duly sworn, presented her account of the trespass,  
noting she was not the officer directly involved with the altercation, and she contacted  
the family later that evening.  
Mr. Guadalupe spoke to Officer Calderone being in car when the disagreement took  
place.  
Jasmine Guadalupe, being duly sworn, spoke to her account of the story, denied threats  
to officer, and left the area but returned for sister, and apologized for inappropriate  
language.
