2021.  
Mr. Toale spoke to a new owner being responsible for unpermitted work when the house  
was bought, and he will only fine the Unified Land Development citation due to the two  
violations being inconsistent with each other.

Code for doing a business from home with parking and storage of commercial  
vehicles, trailers, and material storage and imposed a fine of $25 a day with a  
maximum of $2000 to commence on April 19, 2022.

dead, brush was cleared with weed-wacker, living palm trees were not touched, some

Officer Mamalis, being duly sworn, provided an account of issuing the trespass to Mr.  
Ramirez and the subsequent Police Incident Report documenting the associated violation  
of City Ordinance 46-1(12) drinking on public property, and is an accurate depiction of  
what happened.  
Mr. Ramirez had no questions for the officer who issued the citation.
