Vice Chair Burris called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Approve the Veterans Park Advisory Board March 26, 2025, Meeting  
Minutes.  
Vice Chair Burris announced the item and requested a motion.

motion was made by Board Member Rambo, seconded by Board Member  
Wilson, to approve the minutes as presented. The motion carried on the following

Updates Regarding Circle of Honor  
Vice Chair Burris announced the item.  
Mr. Nelson spoke regarding May 13, 2025, Commission meeting funding approval,  
timeline, groundbreaking event on July 9, 2025, projected completion date, and  
marketing.  
Discussion took place regarding construction start date, contractors, delays, plaques,  
meeting point for event, invitations, communication team, and conflict with Sarasota  
Memorial tribute to veterans who passed away.

Discussion took place regarding schedule of construction, and site plan.
