Recommended Action
Approve the OpenGov Software Services Agreement for OpenGov Community Feedback software for an annual fee of $2,140.
Background Information
OpenGov Community Feedback is a community engagement software built to increase interaction and feedback on key priorities and initiatives. The software has many benefits which include, but not limited to the following:
1. Making citizen participation more convenient with online engagement.
2. Allocate resources more effectively and align your priorities with the community by incorporating public feedback into the City’s budget.
3. Quickly filter response data to understand opinions and priorities.
The OpenGov Software Services Agreement for OpenGov Community Feedback has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
