TITLE: A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of North Port, Florida, as the Governing Body of the North Port Road and Drainage District, Amending the North Port Road and Drainage District Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for Road Rehabilitation in the Amount of $2,200,000; Providing for Findings; Providing for Posting; Providing for Conflicts; Providing for Severability; and Providing an Effective Date.

Approve Resolution No. 2024-R-11 as presented.
Background Information
During the City Commission Regular Meeting held on March 5, 2024, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2024-R-10 allowing $2,200,000 to be transferred from the Road Reconstruction Bond Debt Service fund (205) balance to be used for additional road rehabilitation for streets approved in the original road bond. This budget amendment will allow the funds to be budgeted in the Road and Drainage fund for this purpose.
