Discussion and possible direction regarding the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget assumptions, projections and priorities.
Background Information
As part of the upcoming Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget process, staff is presenting preliminary information regarding the preparation of the annual budget. In addition, staff is seeking input from the City Commission on their priorities while this budget is being prepared. Based on these factors, staff will begin preparation of the City Manager’s proposed budget as well as the Capital Improvement Program.
