Background Information
Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 2022-28 was opened on September 1, 2022. Two bidders, Schenkel & Shultz, Inc., and Sweet Sparkman Architects, Inc., responded. On, January 06, 2023, the selection committee submitted a recommendation to award Agreement No. 2022-28 to Sweet Sparkman Architects, Inc. as the most qualified proposer meeting the overall specifications of the City of North Port.
The work of this contract includes the professional architectural and engineering services for the Public Works Facility Phase II.
Work shall commence on, or immediately following October 24, 2023, after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
Contract No. 2022-28 has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
