The City Commission has requested a Workshop regarding Affordable/Workforce Housing in the City of North Port. Staff will provide a presentation regarding North Port’s housing sales and rental market; income and demographic information; industry salaries; existing affordable housing; and potential solutions such as new housing options, inclusionary zoning, incentives, and funding streams.
